Job description

We are looking for an Automotive Retail Sales Executive to join our Automotive Team based at our head office in Bedford MK43 9EJ.

You will be supporting our clients and ensuring their needs and requirements are met. You will be required to support the Sales Operations Manager in the management of the portfolio of existing accounts and be the primary line of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities

Support our clients delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Manage the portfolio of existing accounts and serve as the main point of contact for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent email/telephone communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good self‑motivation and enthusiasm for learning
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to travel to other sites, e.g., Copart or Client locations
