Job summary

Qualifications

• Automotive quality engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and Control Plan.
• Understanding of IATF 16949 and auto customer requirements.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Good communication and customer-facing experience.
• Experience with quality tools and ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the PPAP submission process according to customer requirements.
• Prepare, review, and approve PPAP documentation (Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow, MSA, capability studies, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and AIAG standards.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes.
• Coordinate activities with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, and customers.
• Analyze quality issues using problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
• Monitor process capability and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal audits and support customer audits.
• Track quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
