Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Commissioning Engineer to support an automotive automation project in Dagenham. You will modify Schneider PLC software, commission equipment, fault-find on live lines and provide on-site production support.

Working with PL7, Unity Pro and Control Expert, you will implement software changes, test updates and prepare for maintenance windows, with weekend on-site coverage. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Schneider PLC experience with PL7.
• Experience in commissioning and fault-finding on live production lines.
• Automotive/manufacturing environments are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Developing and modifying Schneider PLC software for live lines.
• Commissioning automated production equipment.
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting on live production lines.
