Qualifications

• Experience as a Paint Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
• Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and repair techniques.
• Excellent colour matching and paint finishing skills.
• ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, prime and paint vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials.
• Carry out paint repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards.
• Achieve excellent colour matching and finishing results.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Collaborate with workshop colleagues to ensure vehicles are completed on time and to the highest standards.
