McLaren Automotive are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer in Woking, Surrey.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Paint Sprayer to join our growing automotive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading brand, where quality, precision, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Shifts & Pay

Monday to Friday; 05:30 am to 02:15 pm

Pay rate: £19.55 per hour - PAYE

Immediate start date

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare paint spraying equipment daily to ensure readiness and reliability.
  • Mix paints to the correct colour and consistency following the mixing matrix.
  • Apply primers, colours, and effect coats with the correct film build as per the application matrix.
  • Maintain and clean equipment to guarantee consistent performance.
  • Store paints in the correct conditions to support the paint kitchen.
  • Follow detailed work instructions for painting vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all operations are completed within required timescales and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively to solve problems affecting quality, cost, or productivity.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and efficiency.
  • Adhere to company standards and contribute to strengthening the automotive brand.
