Job summary

Masstemps Ltd in Oldbury is seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our production team. You will mix paints, apply coatings to specified thicknesses, and ensure finishes meet quality standards.

The role includes maintaining a clean, safe workspace and supporting the team to hit daily targets. Candidates should have prior spray experience in automotive or related manufacturing sectors, keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow process documentation and work autonomously

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow process documentation.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Monday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:00 Noon
