Automotive Marketing Manager

Location: Northampton, UK (HQ-based)

Gtechniq develops advanced surface care products for the automotive, marine and bike markets, trusted by professionals and enthusiasts who demand the highest standards for their cars,boatsand bikes. TheAutomotivesectoris a core growth area for the business, spanning D2C, professional and B2B channels, with a strong global distribution.

We are looking for an Automotive Marketing Managerto take ownership of how the brand shows up in market. This role leads Automotive marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, ensuring clear positioning, disciplined productlaunchesand strong partner enablement across all channels.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role based at our Northampton headquarters, working closely with product development, training,salesand leadership teams, and collaborating with our US Marketing team.

Whatyou’lldo
  • Own the Automotive marketing plan, covering audiences, priority products,campaignsand key moments
  • Build and manage the Automotive campaign calendar with clearobjectivesand measures
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing teamto deliver clear, high-impact Automotive stories across owned and paid digital channels.
  • Lead Automotive product launches and hero campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • StrengthenGtechniq’sposition within automotive enthusiast communities, driving awareness,engagementand loyalty across key car culture touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across D2C, B2B, distributors,trainingand events
  • Deliver full launch toolkits including web, email, paid media,trainingand partner assets
  • Own Automotive B2B enablement, including sales tools, presentations, casestudiesand merchandising guidance
  • Manage distributor and partner co-marketing in a structured, measurable way
  • Lead marketing input for Automotive events, fromobjectivesthrough to follow-up
  • Track performance, generate insight and drive continuous improvement

  • 5+ years’ experience in aseniormarketing role
  • Proven experience delivering strategic marketing in B2B and D2C environments, ideally within the Automotive industry
  • Strong campaign and launch management skills
  • Experience working with partners,distributorsor sales teams
  • Confident using CMS(Wordpress),HubspotCRM,emailmarketing, paidmediaand analytics tools
  • Highly organised, detail-focusedand comfortable owning outcomes
  • Clear communicator who works well across teams and markets
  • Agenuineenthusiasm for Automotive products and the culture that surrounds them
