Job Description

Automotive manufacturer for Metal Stampings and Assemblies is looking for a talented Maintenance Manager to join their growing team and assist in producing high-quality and dependable service metal stampings, roll forming, assemblies, and coated products.

What the Maintenance Manager Will Do:

• Supervise qualified skilled trades and general contractors in a multi-shift environment
• Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all facility equipment, including heavy ton stamping presses, transfer presses, robotics, and standard to complex machinery
• Implement and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Assist plant operations with engineering solutions, commissioning, and product launches
• Direct report of 5-7 skilled technicians

The Maintenance Manager Must Have:

• 2-year Associate’s Degree is required, Bachelor’s is a plus
• 5-8 years of maintenance management experience, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Extensive knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, general electrical, and strong mechanical skills
• Must possess strong leadership, organizational, coaching, and motivating qualities with a results-driven, hands-on work ethic
