Automotive General Manager Required. Based in Swindon. £80k Basic Salary (£100k OTE + Overachievement Bonus). Company Car + Benefits Package. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all departments including Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration.
• Achieve and exceed volume, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Develop, coach, and motivate management teams to deliver excellence across the business.
