Furrows Limited, an established automotive business, seeks an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial function across three dealerships in Telford, Shrewsbury and Oswestry. Based in Telford, the role requires regular site visits and close collaboration with management to improve financial performance.

You will lead monthly management accounts, budgeting and variance analysis, mentor the Accounts Team, and maintain strong controls.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of accountancy regulations.
• A commercial approach and ability to support operational management.

Responsabilités

• Production and review of monthly management accounts.
• Supporting dealership managers to drive financial performance.
• Mentoring and developing the existing Accounts Team.
• Budget planning, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Liaising with key stakeholders and external auditors.
• Maintaining strong financial controls and reporting.
