• Strong understanding of FCA and SAF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive F&I product sales to achieve departmental targets.
• Support the sales team in structuring and closing vehicle deals.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high CSI scores.
• Accurately complete and audit all relevant documentation.
• Assist in training and mentoring the sales team on F&I processes.
