The role includes overseeing workshop flow, maintaining service standards, and being hands-on in day-to-day operations. Competitive salary package includes a company car and performance-related bonus.
£45,000–£50,000 Basic + £65k OTE | Monday–Friday Only | Company Car | No Weekends
