Aftersales Manager – Motor Trade – Epsom Area

£45,000–£50,000 Basic + £65k OTE | Monday–Friday Only | Company Car | No Weekends

About the Role

You’ll lead an experienced Aftersales team of 11, including:

  • 5 Technicians
  • 3 Service Advisors

Your focus will be on:

  • Overseeing WIP and workshop flow
  • Improving efficiency and output in the department
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Being actively involved in the day‑to‑day operation – not just sitting behind a desk

Importantly, you won’t be required to complete budgets or forecasts – this role is all about people leadership, operational control, and driving results where it matters.

  • Has solid experience in a motor trade aftersales or service management role
  • Leads by example and enjoys being present in the workshop
  • Knows how to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team
