Skills we can’t do without

• Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams
• Knowledge of automation and AI tools and practices, including RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate), Ansible, Azure Logic Apps, ServiceNow Orchestration, and LLM/AI modelling
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to work with technical and non‑technical audiences and proven experience in managing automation projects or workstreams in an enterprise environment
