Skills we can't do without

• Knowledge of automation and AI tools and practices, including RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate), Ansible, Azure Logic Apps, ServiceNow Orchestration and LLM/AI modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to work with technical and non‑technical audiences and proven experience managing automation projects or workstreams in an enterprise environment.
