Responsibilities

• Manage the test process and lead a team of test engineers in a hands-on capacity.
• Develop, implement, and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks for multiple applications, including GUI.
• Participate in the technology development and operations pipeline to integrate testing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives, strategies, and plans.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Monitor, analyse, and report test results and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality improvements throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test management and automation.
