Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in London is seeking an Automation Test Engineer for a 6-month project. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in test automation using Selenium and Playwright, along with knowledge in API testing tools and web services. This role requires 3 days on-site work per week and offers an opportunity to work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Candidates must demonstrate their technical skills and pass assessments relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in test automation using Selenium/Playwright, BDD cucumber and Java/.Net.
• Hands on knowledge on Web services (SOAP, REST and Micro Services) with Spring or .Net.
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferred.

Job Description:

To be successful as an Automation Test Engineer, you should have experience with:

• Experience in test automation using Selenium/Playwright, BDD cucumber and Java/.net is must
• Experience in using API testing tools like Postman, Insomnia
• Hands on knowledge on Web services (SOAP, REST and Micro Services) with spring or .Net
• Experience in Functional and Non-Functional testing: Including regression, integration, user acceptance to verify the quality and functionality of feature using automation framework
• Min. 5-year experience preferred.

Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include:

• Experience in running automation test cases with CI/CD, Jenkins
• Experience in Test Management tools like JIRA, Confluence
