Job summary

BMC Recruitment Group is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join a growing software team in Newcastle. The role focuses on automation testing across web APIs and mobile platforms, using Playwright, Selenium and Cypress, with C# and Python experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong automation testing experience with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.
• Strong web API testing using C# and mobile testing.
• Good knowledge of Postman.

With the ability to test both web APIs and mobile platforms, you will need to be able to use a variety of automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium and Cypress. With a strong understanding of quality testing processes and test methodologies you will help to drive the software in the right direction

• Full time – Permanent
• 1 day a week in the office in Central Newcastle (must be local)
• Salary £40-45k
