Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking an Automation QA Tester to join their clinical trials platform team. This hands-on role involves collaborating with developers to build and maintain an end-to-end regression suite across web and mobile, ensuring stability as the product evolves.

You will also contribute to manual testing during releases, work across regulated environments, and help drive quality with Jira/Xray, CI/CD, and robust test strategies in a global, patient-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Experience testing clinical, healthcare, or regulated systems.
• Understanding validation, audit trails, and data integrity.
• Experience with Appium or other mobile automation tooling.
• Familiar with Node.js scripting or utilities.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and running automation within them.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining an end-to-end regression suite for core workflows.
• Deciding which areas to automate vs. manual based on risk and value.
• Feeding automated results and evidence into Jira/Xray for traceability.
• Refactoring test scripts and improving locator strategies for stability.
• Supporting manual testing across web and mobile during releases and exploration.
• Testing across multiple environments, including dedicated automation environments.
• Collaborating with developers and testers both locally and overseas.
