Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to work around production equipment and take responsibility for your area.
• Willingness to learn basic machine adjustments and fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production machinery.
• Prepare equipment for different products and production runs.
• Support machine setup and product changeovers.
• Monitor production throughout the shift.
• Perform basic adjustments to maintain quality and output.
• Identify straightforward production or machine issues.
• Clean machinery between production runs and maintain hygiene.
