Job summary

You will plan and introduce new machinery, manage robotics projects, drive process improvement and coordinate contractors, suppliers and installation teams. A engineering qualification or equivalent technical experience is essential, with hours Monday–Friday and a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Plan and introduce new manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Lead robotics and automation installation projects.
• Drive process development, optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Manage project planning, scheduling and implementation.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and installation teams.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning and integration into production.
• Contribute to engineering change management and support operations during implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and manufacturing capability.
• Support long-term engineering and manufacturing strategy.
