Partner Manager – Warehouse Automation (UK)

Location : United Kingdom (Remote with travel)

John Charles Search is representing a global leader in warehouse automation and robotics solutions, currently seeking a dynamic Partner Manager (UK) to drive growth through strategic alliances and integrator relationships across the region.

This position is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong technical foundation in AMR, ASRS, or intralogistics automation, and proven success managing channel, distribution, or integrator partnerships within the warehouse or supply chain automation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners to expand market reach across the UK and Europe.
  • Drive joint business development efforts, identifying and converting high-value opportunities through partner networks.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and solution design teams to ensure successful solution delivery and partner satisfaction.
  • Support partners in go-to-market planning, technical training, and sales enablement to enhance capability and alignment.
  • Track performance metrics, forecasts, and partner pipelines, ensuring consistent communication and accountability.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years’ experience in warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling systems.
  • Strong background in partner / channel management or solution-based sales.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, and shuttle systems.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-driven and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities across a fast-paced region
