Job summary

Accenture is recruiting for a Digital Manufacturing & Operations Automation Manager within our Supply Chain & Engineering consulting practice in the UK or Ireland, focusing on automated manufacturing operations and related technologies. You will work on factory modernization programs, spanning from scoping to design, testing and support, across on-premise and cloud infra.

The role entails shaping value-driven projects, leading delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve

Qualifications

Analysing clients’ strategy, operating vision, business imperatives and capabilities.
Selecting the appropriate application, technology and infrastructure components.
In-depth experience of factory / plant operational challenges and opportunities.
Knowledge of digital technologies for shop floor operations.
Estimating technology and implementation costs and effort.

Responsibilities

Help clients target and deliver value through the digital transformation of their factory/plant/infrastructure operations.
Shape, sell and deliver projects that create tangible value with business cases and journey plans.
Design application technology solutions for future ways of working.
Use digital technologies to enable future-state business capabilities and outcomes.
Develop enduring relationships and provide coaching across the practice.
Support the sales process from origination to closing.
