Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification (NVQ/ONC) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated machinery.
• Diagnose faults and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Carry out continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance.
• Support Engineering Managers with maintenance reports and fault logs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize automation performance.
• Own Continuous Improvement projects from concept to implementation.
