Job summary

Niico is seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere specialist to lead the technical planning and delivery of intelligent automation projects. You will build relationships with SMEs and IT teams, support process discovery, and manage automation development, implementation, and maintenance.

You will also contribute to Niico's IP and proprietary automation products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable outcomes and scalable solutions.

• 3+ years working with Automation Anywhere building and deploying intelligent automations.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience and ability to translate business challenges into automation solutions.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting fluctuating deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Take responsibility for the technical planning and delivery of intelligent automation projects. Develop key relationships with SMEs and IT teams and support process discovery sessions, candidate analysis, automation development, implementation and maintenance activities.
• Product: Support the business as it expands its IP and proprietary intelligent automation products.

Key Metrics:

• Automation projects delivered on time and within agreed scope
• Stability and success rate of automations in production after go-live
• Client and stakeholder satisfaction across delivery engagements
• Solution documentation and handover completed to Niico standards
• Contribution to reusable components and Niico's product IP

Who You Are:

Essential

• 3+ years working with Automation Anywhere, building and deploying a range of intelligent automations to solve key business challenges
• Demonstrated client-facing experience and the ability to build relationships with a range of customers to fully understand their business challenges and translate them into automation solutions
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, multi-tasking and working to fluctuating deadlines
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new and emerging intelligent automation and AI technologies, coupled with solid technology awareness
• A hands-on, collaborative approach; a true team player with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the natural confidence to work with a wide range of senior stakeholders
• Naturally curious, with a logical approach to breaking down and solving complex problems

Desirable

• Experience with AI technologies, including large language models, machine learning and conversational AI
• Proficiency in Power Apps or other RPA technologies such as UiPath or Blue Prism
• Experience working in a start-up/scale-up business
