Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.
• Proficiency in programming various PLC platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA software and robotics integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission automated control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, speed, and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated equipment and software, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Collaborate virtually with internal engineering teams, production staff, and external vendors to define automation requirements and solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology and implement best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems, including logic, schematics, and user guides.
