Job summary

Travelodge Hotels Limited is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong IT/technical background and a passion for automation. You will translate complex business processes into practical automation solutions and define the requirements for automation projects, ensuring clear, buildable specifications.

You will lead end-to-end testing across automation initiatives, work closely with Intelligent Automation Project Managers, and help develop future pipelines.

Qualifications

Experience as Business Analyst with an IT/technical background.
Experience leading testing end-to-end in automation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Translate complex business processes into buildable automation solutions.
Define and document requirements for automation opportunities and projects.
Lead testing across automation initiatives and ensure quality across projects.
