An independent investment firm in Leeds is seeking Automation Developers to establish Robotic Process Automation (RPA) benefits. Candidates should have experience with UiPath and automation workflows. The role involves designing automation solutions, collaborating with analysts, and ensuring adherence to security standards. Redmayne Bentley are creating a new team in our Leeds Head Office to focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and we are looking for two Automation Developers to play an important role in establishing the benefits of this investment within the firm.
You will be helping the team identify and document processes for automation whilst working closely with other departments to understand their requirements and how they can utilise automation to create efficiencies and improved outcomes.
This role will suit someone who has a previous portfolio of successful automation solutions and a creative flair for finding ways to streamline and improve manual processes.
This is not a client-facing role your main communications will be with IT colleagues third-party providers and team members from across the firm.

Once you are settled into the role you will be able to take on more responsibility within the team and have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience further through CPD and other development opportunities.

For someone who is keen to progress in this field there will be developmental and coaching support provided for you to potentially progress into a more senior role in the future.
