Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a proactive professional to join the RAN Operations/Technology Operations team in the UK. The role focuses on turning data into valuable reporting, dashboards, and automations across the Mobile Network, with emphasis on web and DB skills, API development, and machine learning solutions.

You will extract performance data, create visualisations, and support engineering activities while driving strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• ITIL knowledge is expected.
• Proficient in web tech: PHP, Python, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6, JQuery) and REACT.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver Service Automation & Digital capability per Technology Operations strategy.
• Design, build and support tools and process automations.
• Influence and drive strategic decisions for Tools on the Operational Intelligence platform.
• Develop and drive the technical roadmap for the team.
• Collaborate with product, business and third parties to improve product quality.
