Job summary
BMS Performance is seeking an Automation Engineer in Plymouth to deliver practical automation projects that improve manufacturing efficiency and equipment performance on a site with varied machinery, including legacy equipment. You will troubleshoot automation issues and identify opportunities to automate manual processes, turning ideas into practical improvements on the factory floor.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with industrial automation in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement automated machinery.
- Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with existing equipment and improve performance.
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
