• Previous experience within injection moulding environments or robotic manufacturing equipment would be advantageous, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products in line with production specifications and work instructions.
• Operate and monitor assembly machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out injection moulding production within a clean room environment,
• Following strict hygiene, contamination-control and safety procedures.
• Work with small components, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
• Load raw materials and components into machinery and production stations.
• Inspect components and finished products for defects, damage or quality issues.
• Complete visual quality checks to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area in accordance with clean room requirements.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow all clean room protocols and procedures.
• Record production information, quality checks and any issues accurately.
• Identify and report faulty components, machinery issues or quality concerns to the relevant supervisor.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Work effectively as part of a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility across different production and assembly areas as required.
