Your responsibilities will include managing the Test Automation framework, ensuring adherence to governance standards, and providing mentorship to junior engineers. You will also advocate for quality assurance by tracking automation KPIs and integrating automation processes into CI/CD pipelines. This role emphasizes enhancing testing efficiency and implementing best practices.

Job description

• 15+ Years of experience in core test automation
• Hands on experience in Automation (Web, API and Desktop) using Java, python, selenium, Rest Assure, Git GitHub, Azure Devops, CI/CD.
• Expert in trouble shooting and debugging
• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Test Automation framework
• Govern automation standards, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption across all teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Test Automation Engineers
• Advocate for quality assurance & drive collaboration through COP to share knowledge and drive excellence
• Embed Report Portal for enhanced test reporting and analytics.
• Define and track automation KPIs (e.g., coverage %, defect leakage, ROI) and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with robust feedback loops to accelerate delivery
• Support teams in assessing automation feasibility, recommending appropriate tools, frameworks, and resources
• Identify opportunities to improve automation processes, adopt emerging technologies, and enhance overall testing efficiency
