Influence at the Intersection of Strategy, Technology, and Innovation As the Automation Architect, you will operate at a strategic level partnering with business leaders and global architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and future‑ready automation ecosystems. You will have the autonomy to set technical direction, introduce emerging AI capabilities, and ensure automation becomes a key enabler of efficiency and digital agility across the organization. 3. Lead with Thought Leadership and Technical Excellence This role offers the opportunity to be recognized as a thought leader in automation and AI adoption. You will guide enterprise‑wide initiatives, mentor delivery teams, and shape governance frameworks that promote responsible and effective automation. With exposure to a global technology landscape, you will continuously explore and implement the latest advancements in automation architecture, orchestration, and generative AI.

• Expertise in automation platforms and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow Orchestration, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML and LLM technologies (Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, custom LLM modelling, prompt engineering); Experience integrating automation with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell, YAML), and automation frameworks; Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM and DevOps/Agile principles.
