Job summary

TDRS Recruitment Limited is seeking an Automatic Door Installation Engineer to install entrance automation equipment across retail and commercial environments in Leeds and surrounding areas.

You will work on swing doors, curved sliding systems, and speed lanes, with some night shifts and overtime; overnight stays are usually 1–3 per month. The role offers up to £18 per hour with overtime and a company van provided.

Qualifications

• EN 16005 certificate is required or held in the past.
• Experience installing a wide range of automatic-door systems.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Install entrance automation equipment across retail and commercial environments.
• Handle projects including automatic swing doors, curved sliding systems, and integrated speed lanes.
• Be willing to travel within the territory and undertake occasional overnight stays.
