Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a talented individual to join their growing team at their High Wycombe head office and manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting design projects and contribute to the company’s success.

The Role:

As a CAD Technician, you’ll support the design and delivery of specialised products. The role primarily involves configuring existing systems to meet client requirements, with opportunities to engage in concept design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and modify component designs using AutoCAD
  • Assist with metalwork design and 3D modelling (polymers experience is a bonus)
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and quality standards
  • Manage your workload independently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD with relevant experience ideally within the engineering sector.
  • Experience in component design, particularly metalwork
  • Organised, with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with 3D printing/modelling is an advantage
