Tallis Amos Group (TAG) are seeking an engineer to lead on auto mower products at our Evesham site in Worcestershire. The role covers installation and setup of Auto Mower at customers’ homes, plus backup, support, PDI, service and repair of dealer-affiliated homeowner and garden equipment across local sites.

Applicants should have strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, good communication with customers, and the ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical fault finding on small engines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Baseline IT competency to operate software and diagnostics.
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check as a condition of employment.

Responsabilités

• Install and set up Auto Mower at customers’ homes.
• Provide backup and support for Auto Mowers and perform PDI, service and repairs.
• Work across the local dealership and on customer sites in the local area.
• Demonstrate robust repair solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
