Job summary

Stagecoach Grimsby is seeking a hands-on Auto Electrician/Master Technician to maintain and repair our fleet at the Grimsby Depot. You will diagnose electrical faults, perform diagnostics with modern tools, and ensure safety standards are met.

Based at Grimsby, the role offers 40 hours per week with overtime potential. Experience with PSV/HGV, automotive, or plant electrics is welcome, and the team supports apprentices and travel to other sites when required.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with a focus on vehicles, PSV/HGV, truck, haulage, plant, rail, automotive, or agricultural.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field is desirable, but strong practical experience is welcome.
• Proactive approach to safety, teamwork, and delivering high standards.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our fleet in line with Stagecoach and DVSA safety standards.
• Diagnosing electrical faults using modern diagnostic tools.
• Responding to vehicle issues both in the depot and on the road; supporting safe, efficient operations.
