Caliber Collision Colchester is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our team. You will perform full collision repair, frame and structural work, and precision reassembly to factory specs, collaborating with painters and estimators to move vehicles safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands: at least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
