National Autistic Society in Scotland seeks a dedicated Support Worker for Daldorch House in Catrine. You will help residents live their best lives by following individual support plans and daily routines.

The role is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and requires flexibility to meet needs, including evenings and weekends. Experience with autistic people is valued but not essential, and driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Inspiring attitude towards supporting vulnerable people.
• Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential.
• Personal experience or passion for helping others welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
• Support life skills and independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation).
