Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working with children, ideally with autism or special educational needs.
• Calm, caring, and motivated approach to supporting pupils.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and safeguarding compliance

Responsibilities

• Supporting children with autism to access the curriculum and participate fully in classroom activities.
• Assisting with behavioural management and implementing personalised learning plans.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create a safe and positive learning environment.
• Providing emotional and social support to pupils, fostering independence and confidence.
