Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting for a SEN school in Cranleigh offering term-time, Monday–Friday roles starting September. Salary is £89-£98 per day, with working hours 8:30–4:15. You will provide personal care for ages 5–16, require an Enhanced DBS, and have transferable care experience.

A driving licence and access to a car are needed due to the campus location. Applicants must understand autism and be able to work within a supportive education environment.

Qualifications

• You must be able to do personal care for ages 5-16 years old.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to undergo one.
• Transferable skills from care, social care, education or similar.
• A driving licence and access to a car due to the campus' remote location.
• An understanding of autism and the autistic spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for students aged 5-16 as required.
• Support pupils with autism during lessons and in daily activities.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and DBS requirements.
