The senior clinician will supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the team provides a high quality and caring service, whilst adhering to national guidelines and professional standards. You will possess a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, differential diagnosis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Job responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and support a group of clinicians to deliver high quality assessments.

You will be responsive to requests from the Clinical Assurance and Experience team to participate in investigations where required.

Experience
- Minimum two years of autism assessment experience, working with both adults and children.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently within Professional Code of Conduct
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage with clients, colleagues and carers.
- Experience with remote working and conducting virtual clinics.
- Detailed understanding of co-occurring conditions and differential diagnosis, including mental health conditions
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation within an autistic cohort
Qualifications
- Qualified healthcare professional with current UK registration with the appropriate governing body (i.e. NMC, HCPC)
