Vision For Education Ltd. in Rochdale is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with Autism and complex needs in a nurturing, inclusive school.

This full-time, temporary role offers term-time hours with potential to become permanent after a qualifying period, a PAYE weekly rate (£463-£550), ongoing training, and a dedicated consultant to assist with registration and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people or vulnerable adults.
• Passion for supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism, learning disabilities, sensory impairments or complex needs.
• Excellent communication with pupils, staff and families.
• Emotional resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, proactive and committed to making a positive impact in a specialist setting.
