Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant experience in an education setting within the last 5 years.
• Understanding of the primary curriculum and classroom routines.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism and complex SEND.
• Support the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Encourage emotional wellbeing and social development.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
