A UK charity supporting individuals with autism is seeking Autism Practitioners (Support Workers) in Dundee. The role involves creating personalized support plans, building positive relationships, and promoting independence through community activities. Full-time and part-time positions are available, starting at £12.60 per hour with opportunities for growth. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for community inclusion. Applications are welcomed from individuals with experience in autism support.
Full Time and Part Time positions available, including small, flexible contracts.
Pay Scale: Starting at £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.82 after probation. Opportunity to progress to £13.30 at your own pace.
Sleepover Rate: £100.80.

The people we support enjoy engaging in all kinds of activities in their local community such as swimming, walks, trips to the cinema, dancing, dining out and arts and crafts. This role is an excellent opportunity to support people to engage in activities that they love and develop independence and new skills, working within a wider multi‑disciplinary team.

A full UK driving licence is desirable for this role, though not essential. Drivers help us offer more opportunities for supported individuals to engage in their communities.
