Job summary

A specialist day service is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to support autistic adults in achieving meaningful outcomes through personalized learning. This part-time role requires availability for at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities include building learners' confidence and communication skills, as well as collaborating with families and professionals. The setting offers modern facilities and focuses on empowering individuals to enhance their wellbeing. Full training is provided, and experience in care is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support or care role is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience supporting learners with SEN would be desirable.

Responsibilities
