A leading education recruitment provider seeks an Autism Learning Support Assistant in Coventry. The role focuses on supporting children with additional needs, helping during lessons, and encouraging communication and independence. Applicants should have experience with vulnerable individuals and a passion for providing support. This temporary position may lead to permanent placement and requires UK-based experience with young people.
Job Title: Autism Learning Support Assistant
Location: Coventry
Hours: 35 hours per week (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)
Applications with no UK based experience working with children and/or young adults with SEND will not be considered.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Autism Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a natural affinity with children and a genuine desire to make a difference. While direct school experience is not essential, we welcome applicants with backgrounds in care work, support roles, youth services, psychology, or any role where you have supported vulnerable individuals.
