Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Children’s Center for Autism seeks Autism Classroom Behavior Technician I and II for the Lerner School program. Role involves ABA-based instruction, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and families in a center-based setting serving children with autism aged 2-22.

Positions require relevant ABA experience, PCM and BLS trainings, and an appropriate educational background. Work hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, with a focus on treatment, education, and ongoing autism research.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Two years of relevant experience (ABA experience for CBT I and six months for CBT II) or High School diploma with ABA experience.
• PCM training must be completed within 6 months of employment and recertified annually.
• BLS certification required within 6 months of hire from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Acquire baseline data and implement approved programs using behavioral technology.
• Follow the prompting hierarchy and use clear SDs.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain behavior data; implement differential reinforcement.
