Role: Auditor

Pay: £150 a day plus benefits

Location: Manchester / Greater Manchester SK / OL / M areas

  • We are seeking an energetic, organised, and customer-focused team member to join our growing Water Efficiency team.
  • This hands‑on role involves visiting customers' homes to install water‑saving devices, resolve minor internal leaks, and provide tailored advice on reducing water use.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proactive, can‑do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workload to meet installation and service targets.
  • You’ll play a key role in helping households save water, improve efficiency, and reduce waste — all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Tasks
  • Install light‑touch water‑saving devices in customers' homes
  • Identify and repair minor leaks within your training remit
  • Carry out Home Water MOTs, including meter readings, flow rate tests, and leak checks
  • Provide tailored water efficiency and behavioural change advice to customers
  • Manage daily appointments using the project CRM system and ensure timely, high‑quality completion of work
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and follow all Health & Safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Plumbing Supervisor and wider project team to achieve targets
