Job summary

PKF Francis Clark in Poole is recruiting ACA trainee auditors to start a three‑year, structured training programme with qualification support. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, a permanent role from day one, and full funding for your ACA studies while developing your technical and commercial expertise.

You’ll work with diverse clients—from mid‑market businesses to charities—building relationships, applying data analytics, and progressing toward manager roles.

Qualifications

• On track for, or have achieved, a 2.2 degree or above in any discipline
• Minimum of 112 UCAS points (three A Levels or equivalent)
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required

Responsibilities

• As an audit trainee, you'll work with a wide range of organisations, gaining insight into their challenges and opportunities
• Build relationships with clients and gain insight into how organisations operate
• Collaborate in small teams on audit assignments for medium-size and large organisations
• Use data analytics and technology to identify risks, analyse information and draw conclusions
• Develop technical, commercial and interpersonal skills
