Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience at Audit Manager or Senior Manager level within practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and professional standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for key client relationships.
• Review financial statements and audit files prepared by the team.
• Provide technical guidance and support to audit staff.
• Manage, develop, and mentor junior team members.
• Identify opportunities for business development and cross-selling services.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function.
